Job Description
We are looking for a talented Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join our team at TOYOTI1. As a leading international tire manufacturing company, Toyo Tires N.A. values innovation, quality, and service. In this role, you will become a subject matter expert on CADIOS, manage production costs, and collaborate with Japan utilizing your Japanese language skills.
Responsibilities
- Become the CADIOS expert and investigate monthly variances.
- Collaborate with Japan to optimize production costs.
- Direct Fixed Asset inventory and analyze ROI on new projects.
- Contribute to budget planning by developing annual labor and cost budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 10 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
- Cost Accounting and Cost Management expertise.
- Fluency in Japanese is a must.
- CPA certification preferred; experience with SAP S4 HANA advantageous.
