Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and bilingual Senior Cost Analyst to join the dynamic team at TOYOTI1. As an essential member of our accounting department, you will become an expert in CADIOS, manage production costs in collaboration with our Japan team, lead fixed asset inventory, and contribute to budget planning and analysis. Fluency in Japanese is a requirement for this role.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS and optimize cost management.
• Collaborate with the Japan team to enhance production cost efficiency.
• Lead fixed asset inventory management.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and monitor completion verification.
• Participate in annual labor and cost budget planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is an advantage.
