Job Description

Join TOYOTI1 as a Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese). As a key member of our team, you will become the subject matter expert on CADIOS, investigate monthly variances, manage production costs in collaboration with Japan, plan fixed asset inventory, and contribute to budget planning and analysis. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, extensive Cost Accounting and Cost Management experience, and proficiency in Japanese.

Responsibilities

• Lead CADIOS management and cost investigation.
• Collaborate with teams in Japan on cost management.
• Manage fixed asset inventory and support ROI analysis.
• Play a key role in budget planning and labor cost allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 10+ years of related experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
