Job Description
We are seeking a talented Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join our dynamic team at TOYOTI1. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing production costs, conducting financial analysis, and contributing to the company's success.
Responsibilities
- Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
- Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS and work with Japan to optimize production costs.
- Plan and oversee Fixed Asset inventory.
- Analyze ROI on new projects and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate in the budget planning process by developing annual budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA certification highly preferred.
- 10 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
- Fluency in Japanese is essential.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a significant advantage.
