Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join TOYOTI1's dynamic team at our cutting-edge manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing production costs and optimizing financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS and work with Japan to enhance cost management.
• Direct Fixed Asset inventory and support departments in ROI analysis for new projects.
• Participate in the budget planning process, developing annual budgets for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Familiarity with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Fluent in Japanese to collaborate effectively with Japan counterparts.
