Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are hiring a talented Senior Cost Analyst who is bilingual in English and Japanese to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company. At Toyo Tires, we value innovation, quality, and service, striving to develop exceptional products and solutions for our global customers. As a Senior Cost Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing production costs by becoming an expert on CADIOS, investigating variances, working closely with Japan, and leading fixed asset inventory. Fluency in Japanese is a requirement for this position.

Responsibilities

• Master CADIOS system and oversee material transactions.
• Collaborate with Japanese counterparts to optimize CADIOS for cost management.
• Lead fixed asset inventory and analyze ROI on new projects.
• Contribute to the annual budget planning process for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is highly desirable.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a plus.
• Fluency in Japanese is mandatory for successful collaboration with the Japan team.
