Site Director-PIV

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Site Director (PIV) to oversee student programs and activities at our Job Corps Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and meeting the center's goals, maintaining data integrity, fostering community relationships, and ensuring the safety and success of our students.

Responsibilities

• Administer assigned components of the Job Corps Center.
• Meet center's goals and objectives while maintaining 100% OBS.
• Communicate National Job Corps Office Visions and Goals to center staff.
• Maintain Data Integrity in all reporting.
• Build relationships with community leaders and employers.
• Ensure collaboration on student, staff, and safety matters.
• Conduct departmental meetings and training sessions.
• Manage departmental budgets and provide necessary reports.
• Prepare departments for DOL/Corporate Assessments.
• Conduct staff evaluations and interviews for vacancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with three years' experience in program management.
• Experience working with youth and creating student-focused environments.
• Knowledge of young adults education and training, residential living, and Academics/Career Technical Training.
• Excellent communication skills, physical and mental toughness, and ability to relate effectively with students and staff.
