Sr Manager, IT Products- Sales Technology

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager, IT Products for our Sales Technology team at Nestlé Information Technology, the digital arm of a leading nutrition, health, and wellness company. In this role, you will lead the Regional Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce (MSE) team to support North American Operating Companies with Sales Technology solutions. Your responsibilities include providing leadership, managing resources, scaling innovation initiatives, and ensuring timely deployment and end-user satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Sales Technology within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Regional team for MSE Sales Technology.
• Represent Sales Technology across Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce.
• Scale Sales innovation initiatives across North America businesses.
• Plan, manage, and communicate regional deployments of Sales Technology applications.
• Oversee deployment, sustain, and evolution of Sales related applications.
• Ensure team adherence to Service Level Management best practices and Compliance & Security requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of combined business and technology experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience with Digital Business Technology and solutions.

The approximate salary range for this position is $150,000.00 to $195,000.00, with additional performance-based incentives and benefits package including a 401k with company match and healthcare coverage.
