Job Description

We are looking for a talented Treasury Relationship Manager to join our team at Fresno First Bank. As a Treasury Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing new and existing deposit relationships for small to medium-sized businesses and professionals in the Southern California market. You will play a key role in driving depository and treasury management growth opportunities, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses through consultative selling of treasury management products.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of treasury management systems and platforms.
  • Maintain strong awareness of risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide superior customer service and follow-up with customers and staff.
  • Engage in business development activities, community outreach, and proactive sales efforts.
  • Cross-sell bank products and services, ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Support audit compliance, cost controls, and department marketing efforts.
  • Contribute to overall bank profitability and participate in internal committees.
  • Ensure security precautions and compliance with policies for customer protection.
  • Stay updated on financial industry trends, respond to inquiries, and support daily operations.

Requirements

  • Residence in Southern California with established market connections.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of 7 years of business development or sales experience.
  • Expertise in financial statement analysis, banking compliance, and operations.
  • Demonstrated ability in marketing, cross-selling, and explaining bank products confidently.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer operations, math, and analytical problem-solving.
  • Valid California driver's license and willingness to travel within Southern California.

Compensation

125000-175000 Yearly Salary
