1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a vital member of the warehouse operations, you will play a key role in efficiently handling incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring merchandise is strategically organized for shipment and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently following company procedures.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
