1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise within the warehouse, preparing shipments, conducting inventory counts, and collaborating with team members and leadership to maintain warehouse standards and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines and prepare shipments.
• Keep the warehouse clean, participate in inventory counts, and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes, inspect product quality, and ensure adherence to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, and work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
