Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and contributing to a safe and productive warehouse environment. The starting wage for this position is $23.00 per hour for an average of 30-35 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Contribute to process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
- Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate conscientious, collaborative, positive, and resilient behaviors.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physically able to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
