Job Description
We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders from stores, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
- Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals.
- Inspect product for quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
Frequently lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk. Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
