1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
- Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals.
- Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments.
