1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a critical role in efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and inspect product quality.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of issues.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
