Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and escalate concerns when needed.
• Help in achieving budget goals and tasks assigned.
• Follow safety guidelines and ergonomic procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and teamwork.

• Efficiently organize and execute tasks.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
