1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As part of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, maintaining warehouse standards, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvement and quality control.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older. Ability to adhere to ALDI Acts competencies including conscientious work, collaboration, positive attitude, driving for success, and efficient execution. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 45 pounds, move merchandise, operate powered equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
