We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in efficiently handling stock, ensuring proper merchandise organization, and supporting warehouse cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
