Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving and fulfilling orders efficiently in our warehouse. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Capability to work in varying temperature environments.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
