Job Description
We are currently looking for a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, including fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
- Assist in achieving budgeted goals and follow company policies and procedures.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
Frequently lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, and operate powered industrial equipment in varying temperatures.
