Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing orders, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Contribute input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates concern for product quality, safety, and impact on stores.
• Collaborates well with team members and supervisors.
