Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse operation, you will be responsible for selecting, receiving, and handling merchandise efficiently to fulfill store orders, ensuring cleanliness, and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Excellent communication and basic math skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments.
