2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report safety and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
