2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cooperate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious, collaborative, positive, driven, and efficient behaviors.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
