Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our warehouse by selecting, receiving, and organizing merchandise for shipment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Arrange and relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items and operate industrial equipment.
