2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and leadership to achieve warehouse goals. Your positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock.
• Organize merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work conscientiously and collaboratively.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organization and execution skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
