2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As an essential part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and safety of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain communication with team members.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.
• Perform general cleaning duties to upkeep warehouse appearance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
