2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $24.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a safe and productive warehouse environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders from stores effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaborative teamwork.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Efficiently organize tasks and adhere to company standards.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
