Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi’s dynamic team. As a vital part of the warehouse operations, you will play a key role in efficiently selecting and relocating stock, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring the seamless flow of merchandise for shipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to meet safety and appearance standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
- Inspect product quality and collaborate with warehouse management on safety and sanitation concerns.
- Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures.
- Perform all assigned tasks accurately and within company policies.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.

- Operation of powered industrial equipment.
