2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring smooth shipment preparation.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to management for process improvement.
• Inspect products, report quality and safety concerns.
• Work independently within delegated responsibilities to achieve goals.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently following company procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and mathematical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift products up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk in various temperatures.
