Academic Service Manager (Part-Time)

Job Description

Study Smart Tutors, a leading college access organization focused on helping low-income first-generation college-bound students, is seeking a Part-Time Academic Services Manager. In this role, you will support our tutors, integrate technology into the curriculum, and collaborate with team members to ensure program success.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to tutors in planning new instructional programs and integrating technology.
• Visit program sites to ensure tutors are well-supported and provide feedback through classroom observation.
• Maintain site visit schedule to gather feedback and update team members on program progress.
• Collaborate with the team on onboarding tutors and facilitate when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in education or related field.
• 2+ years of teaching, tutoring, or after-school experience, preferably with Title 1 schools.
• Ability to visit schools weekly and travel outside of Dallas/Austin as needed.
• Experience with Math/ELA intervention frameworks and strong collaboration skills.
