Moyer & Son Inc is seeking dedicated Lawn Care Technicians to join our dynamic team at Moyer Indoor Outdoor. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' lawns are well taken care of in preparation for the spring and summer seasons. Responsibilities
- Service customer lawns on your designated route using company-supplied vehicle.
- Apply fertilizer, treat weeds, and perform other necessary professional applications.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High integrity and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
- Prior industry or route experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Bilingual skills are a significant advantage.
