Responsibilities
- Admit and transfer patients to the unit.
- Conduct systematic patient assessments.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Interpret diagnostic data and promote quality improvement.
- Respond to life-saving situations according to nursing standards.
- Advocate for patients and provide education and support to families.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and promote a positive professional image.
Credentials Required
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in the LTC/SNF setting.
- Active RN license and CPR/BLS certification.
- Physical and TB/PPD tests.
- Verifiable work history and professional references.
