Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at Kiwanda Hospitality Group. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas according to customers' orders, ensuring kitchen safety protocols are followed, and maintaining a clean workstation at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings.
• Monitor pizza ovens and cooking times.
• Follow company recipes for high-quality pizzas.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Clean workstations and sterilize cooking equipment.
• Plate or package pizzas and ensure timely order completion.
• Dispose of expired ingredients at the end of each shift.

Qualifications

• Food Handler's Certificate.
• Experience in food preparation and handling.
• Knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work evening shifts and weekends.
