General Foreman

Dogwood Industries LLC is looking for a skilled General Foreman to oversee our manufacturing operations in Sedro-Woolley, WA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in steel fabrication, capable of directing crew members in the fabrication process. This position requires proficiency in reading shop drawings, welding procedures, and using standard shop equipment. The General Foreman will establish efficient processes, such as developing jigs and improved tooling, to ensure productivity and quality in production.

Responsibilities

• Direct metal assembly fabrication across multiple departments.
• Ensure adherence to production goals, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
• Plan work areas and organize tasks for optimal productivity.
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to crew members for top performance.
• Review prints, establish jigs, and assign tasks for efficient work.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Foreman in a fabrication setting.
• Proficient in weld processes, shop drawings, and jigs utilization.
• Strong understanding of quality control and safety practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent; computer skills are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an hourly wage of $40.00 to $50.00, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes health, life, disability insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, and an Employee Referral Bonus Program.

Location
