Responsibilities
- Admission and transfers to the unit
- Systematic patient assessment
- Accurate documentation
- Interpretation of assessments and diagnostic data
- Promote continuous quality improvement
- Respond to life-saving situations
- Act as a patient advocate and provide education and support
Credentials Required
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in the LTAC setting
- Active RN license
- CPR/BLS certification, Physical, and TB/PPD
- Verifiable work history and professional references
