Job Description
Discover Financial Services is looking for an Application Engineer specializing in Business Process Management (BPM/BAW) to join our dynamic team focused on Fraud and Transaction Monitoring solutions. If you have experience in CI/CD, process automation, and modern engineering practices, this is the role for you. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality features and user stories
- Lead junior engineers and guide design decisions for product success
- Contribute to technology communities and influence team commitments
- Provide documentation and support for BPM applications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Information Technology or Software Engineering
- Technical proficiency in BPM administration and implementation
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of OpenShift or Kubernetes platforms
- Hands-on experience with IBM BAW and process design modeling
- Proficiency in Java script technologies and BPM UI toolkits
- Expertise in DevOps practices, cloud deployment, and SQL development
- Agile and Scrum methodology knowledge
