Job Description

As an Assistant Manager in Construction Field Services at Bowser-Morner Inc, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of technical and administrative services related to construction materials engineering and testing. You will assist in coordinating a team of construction materials technicians, administrators, and engineering support staff, working closely with the Department Manager and the Director of Engineering & Environmental Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project budgeting, quoting, and administrative tasks.
  • Oversee project management, quality control, and inspections.
  • Contribute to staff management, development, and training.
  • Handle operations management and assist in account management and business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in construction materials testing or engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control sampling, project management, and Ohio Building Code requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.
