Associate Director, Real World Data

Job Description

T1D Exchange Inc, an innovative nonprofit company dedicated to advancing care for individuals with type 1 diabetes, is seeking an Associate Director of Real World Evidence. In this role, you will oversee the Real-World Data team, design and implement statistical analyses, and establish best practices for data analytic strategies.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare study documents, reports, and presentations.
• Ensure quality of analytics deliverables.
• Supervise and train the RWD team.
• Develop statistical analysis plans.
• Represent the CMO in collaborations.
• Summarize research data and establish best practices.
• Maintain knowledge of statistical techniques and regulations.
• Facilitate Data Science Committee and serve as Principal Investigator.

Qualifications

• PhD in relevant field with 2+ years of healthcare experience.
• Proficiency in R or Python and SQL.
• Experience in statistical models and data mining.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organization skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits package.
