Job Description

Dogwood Industries LLC, a steel fabrication company in Sedro-Woolley, WA, is seeking a detail-oriented CAD Designer Detailer to join their innovative building solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating 3D models, finalizing 2D drawings, preparing presentation drawings, and maintaining databases of information. Key requirements include proficiency in SolidWorks, experience in CAD drawings, and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines while collaborating effectively with the production team.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models and finalize 2D drawings.
• Prepare presentation drawings and catalog parts and assemblies.
• Manage and organize databases of information.
• Communicate details and specifications effectively with the production team.
• Meet project deadlines and be able to problem-solve efficiently.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD drawings.
• Ability to collaborate and work well with others.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in software like Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in modeling and detailing.
• College degree or vocational training.
• Familiarity with civil/structural engineering plans.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year depending on experience.
