Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Case Manager to join our team at Wisconsin Community Services, specifically working with the Jefferson County Alcohol and Drug Treatment Courts. As a Case Manager, you will provide intensive support, supervision, and monitoring for third and greater OWI offenders enrolled in the Jefferson County Alcohol Treatment Court, along with managing case management for participants in the Jefferson Drug Treatment Court. Your responsibilities will include training new staff, completing regular reporting, managing a caseload of participants, making referrals to support services, conducting screenings, attending court hearings, and ensuring all necessary documentation and communication are carried out effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assist in training new staff and managing daily operations.
- Collaborate with other case managers for reporting and updates.
- Provide case management for a caseload of participants.
- Conduct screenings, make referrals, and monitor participant progress.
- Participate in court hearings and engage in program supervision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field.
- Preferably with case management experience.
- Substance Abuse Counselor credential is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Criminal Justice System and community resources.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Physical Demands
Work includes office, jail, and courtroom settings, as well as driving within Jefferson County. Good communication and organization skills are essential for this position.
