Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client and provider inquiries.
  • Develop effective relationships with service providers and internal teams to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with meetings, conferences, and events to support brand experiences.
  • Generate and distribute reports accurately and on schedule.
  • Monitor metrics and projections for provider/client accounts.
  • Identify and resolve issues faced by providers and customers.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and customer service software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
