Conval Inc, a leading manufacturer of Severe Service Industrial Valves, is hiring a skilled CNC Machinist for the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating and setting up CNC machines, along with knowledge of various materials and tooling. Responsibilities include producing high-quality parts to meet production goals and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Select tools and holders, align and set stops, and make necessary adjustments.
• Check product quality using measuring tools and gauges.
• Perform machine maintenance and repairs as needed.

CNC Operator Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Knowledge of Mazak and Mazatrol is preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Available to work Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2:00am.
