Community Relations Director

Job Description

Quail Park is looking for an experienced Community Relations Director to lead the sales and marketing efforts at Quail Park of West Seattle Memory Care. As the Sales | Marketing | CRD, you will be responsible for managing all internal and external marketing functions to maintain a positive community reputation and exceed occupancy goals.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Previous marketing and business development experience in a senior housing setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and sales & marketing software.

Essential Functions

Marketing

• Conduct competitive analysis and develop quarterly marketing plans.
• Implement community outreach programs and media advertising.

Sales Management

• Achieve or exceed census goals and maintain accurate records of inquiries and tours.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to move-ins.

Leadership/Management

• Provide training on customer service and marketing skills.
• Maintain department budget and assist in management duties.

Other

• Attend team meetings and uphold Company policies and service philosophy.
• Work full-time with occasional evenings and weekends.

Working Conditions
