Construction Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a Construction Intern to join Home Creations in Edmond, Oklahoma. This full-time position involves assisting the superintendent with various construction, maintenance, and landscaping activities. If you are detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and are willing to work outdoors in various conditions, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping, yards, and shrubs.
• Perform minor touch-ups and punch-list activities.
• Ensure quality in the construction process.
• Communicate with subcontractors and attend staff meetings.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 6 months of general labor experience.
• Knowledge of erosion control guidelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Work Environment

You will work outdoors in varying conditions. This role may require bending, lifting, and exposure to dust, heat, and noise.

Tools and Equipment

You will work with basic hand/power tools, a tape measure, and levels.
