Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Corrugator Supervisor to join our team at HOOD CONTAINER CORPORATION. As a Corrugator Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing and production schedules, providing direction to production floor employees, ensuring operational efficiencies, maintaining quality procedures, and upholding safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage employees to meet manufacturing and production schedules.
- Provide overall direction to production floor employees, including production, scheduling, and training.
- Coordinate production operations to maintain quality and safety regulations.
- Develop short and long-term strategies to support the company's vision and mission.
- Motivate employees to ensure smooth operations and safety.
Requirements
- High School diploma or G.E.D. with 3-5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Corrugated industry experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in high-temperature & humidity conditions with appropriate PPE.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
