Job Description

Heeter Printing, a leading provider of print, direct mail, fulfillment, and digital marketing services, is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our talented team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing client projects, representing our operational capabilities, and driving continuous improvement in our service approach.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external clients to address issues, fulfill customer requests, and respond to inquiries.
  • Create job tickets to provide production teams with essential project details for successful execution.
  • Monitor the production process, participate in daily meetings, communicate issues, and seek proactive solutions.
  • Handle monthly billing for managed projects.
  • Champion new technologies, collaborations, and process enhancements to drive best practices.
  • Utilize computer/email systems, Microsoft suite, and learn new applications efficiently, with a focus on mastering customer interface systems.

Requirements

  • Preferably familiar with the print industry, with experience in manufacturing, production, or distribution environments.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business is a plus.
