Job Description:

APX Construction Group LLC is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in developing project estimates, managing project costs, analyzing risks, and fostering relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to produce detailed estimates within set timeframes and budgets.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and scope to determine costs.
• Communicate with subcontractors to obtain bids and maintain relationships.
• Evaluate cost-saving strategies and alternatives to enhance competitiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.

Requirements:

• 2-year degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of estimating experience.
• 2 years of Project Manager experience in Commercial Construction (preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in various environments and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
