Frontline Associate

Job Description

Join the Thomas Ranch Team at Arete Collective LP, a unique 2,200-acre master-planned community, seeking a Frontline Associate to manage multiple responsibilities including groundskeeping, landscaping, housekeeping, gardening, and supporting internal staff and tenants. This position requires a self-starting, detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills.

Core Responsibilities

• Groundskeeping and Landscaping
• Light housekeeping and support for internal staff
• Errand running as needed
• Assist with event logistics, budgets, invoicing, and reporting

Key Duties

• Manage plant watering
• Handle trash removal and recycling
• Feed farm animals and maintain garden
• Perform lawn maintenance, debris removal, and occasional wall painting
• Swimming pool and pond maintenance
• Run errands, including grocery and car maintenance
• Conduct office cleaning and bedroom preparations
• Assist with furniture moves and ranch gate branding
• Other assigned tasks

Requirements

• Country club or high-end resort experience preferred
• Real Estate, Development, or Hospitality background a plus
• Transportation and ability to lift 50-75 pounds

This is a full-time on-site position located in Spicewood.

Compensation: $15-20 per hour.
