HOME CARE REGISTERED NURSE

Job Description

Liberty Healthcare Management is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HOME CARE REGISTERED NURSE (RN) to join our team. As a Full-Time Registered Nurse covering Harnett County, you will actively participate in interdisciplinary care planning, provide professional nursing services, and ensure the delivery of high-quality home health services to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary care planning.
• Provide professional nursing services in accordance with established care plans.
• Promote favorable outcomes through collaborative practice patterns.
• Document accurately and concisely to ensure compliance and quality services.
• Demonstrate positive interpersonal relationships and personal accountability in work.

Requirements

• Completion of nursing education from an approved school.
• Current RN licensure in the state, with at least one year of clinical nursing experience.
• Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles and clinical skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to use computer applications.
• Problem-solving skills for care planning and resolution.
• CPR certification.
